A quick bike ride (it would have been longer but we were scuppered by the shoddy tipsy-bike building-and-therefore-chain-falling-off-repeatedly fiasco that always befalls us when we take Louis’ bike out - we really should fix it…), a saunter down to the river and back home for a film and the first cosy fire of the season.
